I am running Small Business Server 2003 Pro. (Exchange and ISA 2004 built
in). My clients are running XP Pro (sp2) and Outlook 2003.
I have the server set up to accept VPN connections, and ISA is set up to
route traffic correctly to the internal network.
Everything works fine for the most part. I can see my folder and printer
shares on the server ok. I can access the accounting software ok.
However,
I cannot use Outlook. It hangs on "trying to connect" and then will
eventually time out after 5 minutes or so. When I check the alerts in the
ISA server dashboard, it says that it has detected an IP Spoof Attack,
from
MY address...the internal address that IT (the server) assigns to ME when
I
log into the VPN.
"A spoof attack occurs when an IP address that is not reachable via the
interface on which the packet was received..."
I have checked out the gateway settings per KB840681 and that is fine. No
gateway is assigned on the internal adapter. Still nothing....
Any other suggestions or ideas??
Thanks...
.
