VPN Remote mail problem

Hi,

We have a vpn client that that connects to our ISA2004 box
All is well except they cannot send recieve their own mail when connect to
the vpn

they use RPC over http to an exchange server hosted by an isp

URl to connect to proxy exchange server:
https://xxx.xxx.net

URL of Name to Principal proxy server:

msstd:xxx.xxxx.net

however when checking the ISA logs i get a lot of denied traffic from their
mail server ip address sourse network: External, destination network: Local
host : denied connection

this is the log

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX - isa - TCP - - - 192.168.253.150 - - 2001 0 0 0
0xc0040017 FWX_E_TCP_NOT_SYN_PACKET_DROPPED 0x0 0x0 Firewall 30/03/2006
5:01:14 1xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 43057 Unidentified IP Traffic Denied Connection -
217.28.130.62 - External Local Host

any ideas on how i should best approach this?

Thanks in advance.
