The one I have been testing with is a 40K word document.
We have a full T1 in the office and I have tested using a DSL line (1.5 M
Download/384K Upload) and also using a cable connection.
Thanks for any help,
Paul

What size are the docs and what speed are the links?

Can anyone tell me where to begin to look to solve a performance problem
with
an ISA Server 2004 PPTP VPN?
Users are able to connect with no problems. When they try to open a
document
it could take up to a minute to open up.
Saving documents seems to take even longer, sometimes resulting in Word
giving a "Not Responding" message.
I am able to use Remote Desktop connections to the servers with no
problems
and using Outlook to read Exchange e-mail doesn't seem to bad just opening
and closing of files.
