Expert VPN Help needed

I've got an issue with a VPN I need a bit of help with. Senario is:

Site A. has a XP Pro box configured for Incoming connections, with ADSL
connection.
Site B. has 2x XP Pro laptops, with ADSL connection.
At both sites the wireless ADSL router is a Linksys WAG54G.

I'm aware of the limitation of XP Pro only accepting 1 concurrent incoming
connection.

This setup is required so that the 2 users at Site B, can come in to the
office (they're out with clients most days), connect to the network, connect
to the VPN & syncronize the companies main file share (at Site A), then
disconnect.

The problem is:
If laptop A connects to the VPN, syncronizes (or not), then logs off the
VPN, laptop B can't get a connection to the VPN at Site A (I've checked that
the connection has been dropped at site A). laptop A can connect,
disconnect, connect, disconnect (and on and on). But laptop B can't connect
to the VPN at site A, until both laptops have been rebooted. laptop be is
getting a 721: no response from server.

What do you guys think? I'm thinking it may be the WAG54G, but I'm not
sure... I haven't called linksys, and I'm sure level 1 support doesn't have
this on there standard list of answers ;) and the linksys website hasn't
been very helpful.

(ps. the company will be getting a 2003 server early next year, but they are
a non-for-profit, so it's not an option right now).

Thanks
