Remote Access Policies Lost

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I installed the IAS Component in Windows 2003, and in my ignorance I removed the Remote Acces Policies in the IAS console. To my dismay they were the same policies that I need in the RRAS component. Does anyone know how th recreate these? I tried re-creating the rules, but when I VPN in from an external network I get a password challenge. The server errror is
