Hello Newsgroup
Installation is: Two ISA 2004 Enterprise computers both installed with VPN access. integrated Mode. Domain integrated. Servers are Windows 2000 Server or Windows Server 2003 both Standard Edition ISA Servers are installed on Windows 2003 All on last patch level
Now my problem:
From time to time the VPN connection on the external Computers are deleted. But only those which are Domain Members.
That means you can login normal with VPN connection(Dial up Network check box) but then, when the desktop is completed, the Icon of the Connection will disappear from the System tray and also under Network connections it is deleted. The connection itself is established and is working stable until the next login.
On computers which are non Domain Members the VPN connection will not be deleted.
All Computers are Windows XP Prof. with all patches installed.
Does somebody know this behavior? What is the reason for this behavior?
If you need more information please ask. Everything else is working fine and the system is stable.
Before we had a ISA 2000 installation with the same setup and such a thing never happened.
