VPN ist not working correctly after applying SBS 2003 SP1

Hello,
I applied SBS 2003 SP1 based on MS installation instructions:
Step One: Install Service Pack 1 for the Windows Server 2003 operating
system
Step Two: Install Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 Service Pack 1
Step Three: Install Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 1
Step Four: Install Windows XP SP2 for Client Deployment
Step Five: Install Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 1
The server is running well, but all VPN connections are not working anymore
correctly. Therefore I patched ISA Server to SP2, deactivated RAS and
Routing and used ISA VPN Wizard to recreate a new VPN RAS and Routing
Service. I managaed to connect external clients via VPN, but these client
are not able to ping neither the server nor other server in the network
192.168.50.x. The other way round the server is able to ping the VPN clients
and can connect to VNC and other services on the client. Strange!
I think it must be a routing and/or ISA problem, but didn't find the
solution now. Prior to SP1, VPN works perfect.
The net config:
SBS 2003 VPN Server
192.168.50.1
DNS
DHCP
ISA 2000 SP2
RAS and Routing WinXP VPN Client Network
192.168.50.0 ---- Router ----- INET ----- Router ---- 192.168.51.0
If a VPN connection is established by the clients:
ping direction works ---->
ports can be opened ---->
<-- ping direction does not work
<-- No server ports can
be accessed by telnet
Thanks in Advance
Andreas
