You have your NIC address assignments wrong, they both can't be on the same
subnet. One of the NIC's must have a live IP address to the internet and the
default gateway from that NIC is your router, the other NIC should have an IP
address on the internal network and no default gateway. You can't use a non
routable IP address on the NIC going out to the internet and the 192.168.x.x
range is non routable on the internet.
