VPN Working but 0 traffic at log?!?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have on problem at my VPN log, i don´t konw if it is just one log problem
or there are some other problems hidden.

I look it up at microsoft.com, google ... but get not
answer. I would apreciate very much any idea about this issue.

I have a win 2k VPN Server. This server is at Domain.

I have no problem having VPN connections (PPTP) but if i look at VPN log or
Event Viewer-Sistem-Remote Access for some user it says:

"0 bytes send 0m bytes received"

After been connected for 4 hours and done many things (= traffic)

how can that be possible???

Here is the event:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: RemoteAccess
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20048
Date: 7/13/2004
Time: 5:06:02 PM
User: N/A
Computer: VPN
Description:
The user SECURITAS\pepe connected on port VPN3-127 on 07/13/2004 at 05:05pm
and disconnected on 07/13/2004 at 09:06pm. The user was active for 4 hours
0 minutes 32 seconds. 0 bytes were sent and 0 bytes were received. The port
speed was 10000000. The reason for disconnecting was user request.

Many thanks
