On VPN server it is OK.
With these 4 ports authorized on VPN server (XP SP2), I can now connect my
VPN client (XP SP2), but only if client's SP2 firewall is desactivated. I've
authorized these 4 ports on VPN client as on VPN server.
Another idea ? Other ports on client ?

You may be right about an internal firewall, but why would you do that? ...
