Not in the ISA console - you'll need to open up the MMC and add the IPSec
Monitor snap in to see Main Mode and Quick Mode Security Associations, data
encrypted, etc...
As an aside, I like to make my own MMC console with ISA 2004, IPSec Monitor,
RRAS and the Certificates (Local Computer) added in for convenience.
