If you don't use the VPN Wizards you will do exactly what you say you don't
want to do. Doing very much configuring in RRAS separately from ISA can
screw things up and get ISA and RRAS "out of sync" with each other. So if
you don't want to mess up the configuration, then do it by the Wizards in
ISA.
