    Thank You for your reply Phillip.

    I fixed it based on your address range statement. I had the ISA server hand
    out addresses to VPN clients from DHCP. The DHCP addresses were from the
    subnet that my LAN clients are assigned. Although I have never seen this be
    an issue, by manually setting the ip range to be a 10.x.x.x range instead of
    my DHCP'd 192 range, it worked perfectly.
