Hello All,
I am unable to run a Remote Desktop Session through a VPN since I installed
ISA 2004. I can connect to the ISA server from the outside with a PPTP VPN in
an instant, however, I am unable to RDP to the Servers and workstations I am
usually able to after being connected.
Alternatively, when I am at my desk at the office, I can PPTP VPN to remote
sites and connect 'instantly' to their VPN but not RDP to any machines on
their LAN. I am using RRAS and the Microsoft VPN Client for these connections.
I have to add that I configured a remote site to forward RDP to a test
machine there and Remote Desktop Connection worked fine going from my office
PC to that remote host without the VPN.
What could be preventing me from running RDP thru a VPN?
Scratching my head,
Mr. Bill
