    Hi,

    Go to http://www.petri.co.il/download_free_reskit_tools.htm and
    download the PPTP Ping utilities
    Test if your Client/Server and communicate (Try both ways just to make
    sure you are ok inbound and outbound)
    It should give you an idea what went wrong.
