I had the same issue with vsdatant.sys & the Cisco VPN client 3.6 &
Windows 2003 Server (as do many people it seems with various versions).
So... I downloaded the latest version of ZA and extracted the
installer exe to a folder via WinAce. There's a new version of the
vsdatant.sys in the jumble of files there. I stopped the Cisco Systems
VPN service, renamed the old c:\Windows\System32\vsdatant.sys to
vsdatant.sys.foo and copied the newer extracted file to the
C:\Windows\System32 folder. Started the Cisco VPN service again and
Voila! Seems to work like a charm. No notification message / driver
problem, no DNS problems and no dropping out after 2 minutes.

I haven't done extensive testing, but it works for what I want it to do
    - and I have used it for approx 5-6 hours so far without issue. The
file version is... 5.5.62.4 (dated 2004-11-28). I hope this is helpful
for anyone else out there, this seems to be a rather widespread issue...
