Thanks for your response.

I am using ISA 2004 SP2. And what about FW Client for outlook or messenger,
e.g., is it necessary ?

I do not have a VPN Client Access group, I need to create one ? Or, I can
use the Internet Users group ? Any special consideration when creating it ?
