Q: Problem for invalid transfer mode in the ISA2004 FXP(SITE TO SITE).

as we know, majority of FTP Server supports FXP mode, it means to transfer
files site to site, two remote servers can share files, in order to speed up
the file transfer. current famous FXP tool has FLASHFXP.

then, I encounter another problem, my local ISA2004 server does not support
FXP, after testing in many kinds of server platform, the feedback are as
follows:

500 Invalid PORT command.
Site to Site Transfer Failed! (Attempting alternative method)
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (IP,19,122)
PORT IP,19,122
500 Invalid PORT command.
Site to Site Transfer Failed!
Transfer Failed!

it means failure when you transfer your files using standard PASV STS (SITE
TO SITE) and port mode as well (is the info bag filtrated?)

we know that ftp server will include a dynamic port automatically when ftp
client log on the ftp server using standard port (21 or other). that is why
I have added "ftp filtrator" (ISA attached),otherwise it can only link to
the server (maybe need port mode), and download the files ( I have cancel
the demand of read-only, you can upload as well, please disregard the
mention configuration when you report the problem to me), currently, we
cannot use FXP mode.

I try to close the FXP default, it does not work, Turning on and off for the
'inbreak test" does not change, up to now, I do not know how to solve this
problem, please help me.

in adddition, there is no any refusual report in ISA log, it means that
nearly all the ports has been considered.

I have traced log, there is a err code:

FWX_E_TCP_NOT_SYN_PACKET_DROPPED

all the FXP operation was blocked by the above err code, can you tell me
what happens, how to change it.
