I was able to get the above error cleared, but now I have another
error. The error number is now 1068 when I try to start the RRAS
    Service.
It shows RRAS is not installed when I do a "sc query RRAS" from the
    CMD prompt.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    C:\>sc query rras
    [SC] EnumQueryServicesStatus:OpenService FAILED 1060:

The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
What's confusing is that I see the RRAS service under Administrative
    tools>services..........but it won't start?
How can I get this resolved?
