PPTP VPN

Sir
       I have configured a VPN Server which is connected
to a Radius Server and both are members of domain.I HAVE
TWO NIC cards inshallad in VPN server.On one card i have
Static ip for internet access and other card has local
ip.Browsing remains ok till i start servies of Routing and
Remote Access on VPN access.When i starts VPN server
Routing & Remote Acccess .Its browsing stops ???
and Request time out starts.
