I can't imagine that this scenario will work.
Now, if the Linux box (or any other FW/OS for that matter) would be in place of your ISA Server, then this would be a usual FW -> ISA Publishing scenario, but as you describe it, I doubt it.

my isa server is in a lan 192.168.1.X , i will have a connection with anotehr
