Hello Tom,

Thank for your help ...but I can't configure AAM with an url that contrains
a slash (http://mycompany.com/part1) in my SPS2003.

SPS 2003 does not allow me to type a "slash" in the url.

Could you guide me to perform this.

Thanks,

Cédric.

Hello Cedric,

when publishing a Sharepoint site, it is essential that the AAM is
configured correctly. To solve your problem you would need to configure an
AAM just for the part you want to publish and configure on the ISA, as you
already said, configure the part you want to publish on the paths tab.

I have 1 ISA SERVER 2006 SP1 EE in a DMZ (Configure in Workgroup)
I have 1 SharePoint Server 2003 member of Active Directory Domain with 1
internal site (http://intranet.lan) . I configure Internal address and
external address in the SharePoint config.

I want to publish only a part of my internal site
(http//intranet.lan/part1)
accessible by external url (https://extranet.mycompany.com); I don't want
that user type url: "https://extranet.mycompany.com/part1";

No problem to publish the root site with the assistant Sharepoint publish
site but impossible to publish only the /RootSite/part1/

I think is possible to perform this by using path redirection on the path
tab in the web publishing rule. I try to add new path as:
External path: /*
Internal path: /part1/*

...But with this new path, users can't access to the site with the
external
url.

Thanks for your help and sorry for my bad English...

Cédric.
