Back to Back ISA 2006 Publishing Problems

Hi,
I have back to back ISA 2006 servers setup as shown in the attached diagram
and cannot get a certain publishing scenario to work properly. I can get
through to the internal web page, but have broken links everywhere so I
suspect link translation is not working properly.

Can someone in the know, please advise how I should setup the Paths and Link
Translation to support the scenario shown in the diagram.
Two questions to go along with this.......
1. Does link translation only change links going back out to the internet
(reverse direction), or do they also contribute to ISA mapping internal
names when coming in from internet to internal web server as well?
2. Does link translation only work for absolute links or do they remap
relative links as well? The internal web server that I am having trouble
with is using relative links on pages, and rather than ISA link translation
remapping to https://host.mydomain.com/intranet/images/blah.gif on the way
back out, it is remapping to https://host.mydomain.com/images/blah.gif which
obviously causes a broken link (the /intranet is being left out).
Any help would be VERY much appreciated.
Thanks,
Brad
