Re: OWA/SP 500 errors publcihes through ISA 2k4

On Further investigation this 500 error pops up randomly even on our
public website. SSL is not the problem. Our public website is little
more than a couple of images and a phone number. Every search I do on
ISA and a 500 error pops up SSL problems, but our public website doesnt
even support SSL. It appears to be a random problem, that only affects
people with broadband connections. Dial-up or bogged down connections
do not get any 500 errors....?

Ok I have developed and interesting problem. I have Windows SBS 2k3
Premium, with OWA, SP, and ISA 2k4 running. After many headaches I have
gotten ISA to publish my OWA and SP sites on the internet. However I
have a few strange issues. If I refer a user to OWA/SP from my public
website I get a 500 error (I am guessing it is passing the anonymous
authentication on via httprefer tags). So if the user opens the link in
the same Internet Explorer they get the 500 error, and continues to get
it if they hit refresh. However, if they click in the address bar and
hit enter, or open it in a new browser window they get the
Login/Password prompt and then they will work. Second problem is with
OWA itself, once the user gets prompted for his Login/Password the left
pane of OWA opens (folders/etc) but the right pane (messages, etc)
shows a 500 error. If the user clicks Inbox or any other folder then
the right pane opens up and works properly. I have searched a lot for
this problem and sound some solutions for similar problems in ISA 2k
but not for ISA 2k4. I would greatly appreciate any ideas/help.
