This weekend we are migrating to ISA 2006 from ISA 2004. We would like to
modify our ISA2006 Form Based Authentication page. Basically we want it to
look like the default FBA page in ISA2004, since our user base is very
persnickety when it comes to change.
Can anyone tell me what needs to be done to move our ISA2004 FBA page
information to ISA2006?
