Anybody know if it's possible to get localized forms based authentication
pages on ISA, like Exchange 2003 has? Our folks in Tokyo can no longer read
the authentication page as they could before we installed ISA 2004. -Karl

When we recently put OWA behind our ISA cluster, folks in Tokyo couldn't get
to the pages. We fixed that part by allowing high-bit characters on the HTTP
rules.
Now Japanese users don't get a localized forms based login page. It no
longer shows localization as the native forms based Exchange pages did.
I've looked around but can't find the info I'm looking for. Thank you in
advance. These forums have always been extremely helpful.
