You can use message screener and POP service to do this
you can use echange to do this
you can use sendmail (open source) to do this
you can use postfix (open source) to do this
If you are runnin your own internal email server, this isnt an issue. If
you want to go the microsoft route, you can use POP3 service that comes with
Windows 2003 and Message Screener that comes with ISA. You would then
install message screener on the POP3 Machine (Yes , you can put it all on the
ISA machine, but in doing so, you should be flogged for severly destroying
your networks security) You then just add from users whom never get the
email, and youc an either hold it, delete it or forward it. Same with
exchange, sendmail or postfix (not to mention a beavy of others)
