Error 500 comes when try to access interanet site / also default rule applies instead of publishing rule WHY?

I have configure publishing rule so that my intranet site access from
internet by any user. but when i try from internet error 500 comes. ping
time out also.
when monitor log it seems that every time defult rule applies and denies
ident protocol and other from outside.

what to do? how to fix this issue
