I don't see why you are changing ISA rules at all. My read is that both the
Exchange and the webserver are behind ISA, right?
If so, web browsers don't need to access 25 on the webserver, the IIS and
whatever mechanism you are using on the webserver to generate mail should be
able to talk directly to the Exchange box. or is this a 3 legged scenario
with Exchange on the local network and the webserver in a DMZ?
