ISA 2004 SP1 and Exchange 2003 OWA Problems

Hi,

I have Windows 2003 Server (SP1) as a domain controller with Exchange
2003 (no SPs) amd ISA 2004 (SP1) installed on the same box :o. I'm
only using one NIC so I'm using ISA just for it's reverse proxy
functionality.
An ADSL router forwards all external, inbound port 80 traffic to my
server on port 81.

The ISA listener is on port 81. I've published the OWA on the same
server (port 80).

>>From an external address OWA works almost perfectly. I can view emails,
contacts, etc but when I hit the reply button from an email, or save to
drafts or even hit the logoff button I get 'page not found'. If I
examine the actual URL it's trying port 81, not 80. If I modify the
address, remove ':81' from the URL the page loads correctly (I logoff,
send mail, etc - depending out the original action was).

Accessing the OWA internal works perfectly.
OWA worked correctly from external clients before ISA was installed
ADSL router was then forwarding port 80 to port 80 of server).

-The ISA listener on port 81 does not authenticate, that's all done on
the IISs.
-The OWA uses basic authentication (no SSL).
-All other published sites function ok

I've tried to install exchange 2003 SP1 but it says my active directory
is not configured correctly. The original exchange install added the
exchange AD bits correctly.

I've also tried:
-changing the DNS record for the OWA domain to my ISP static IP
address.
-Changing listener to port 80 and OWA to 81 - couldn't even log in to
OWA.

Anybody got idea what I've done wrong?
