Hey Srini,
Do you have multiple IP addresses configured on your external (Internet
facing) interface?
If so, do you have custom PRT records set that are not the standard default
(xx-xx-xx-xx.in-addr.isp.com).
If you dont have custom PRT records then check the spam mail box in your
email account, as i have found people like hotmail et al seem to ident email
from SMTP servers without a valid PTR as spam.
