    ISA can publish resources which aren't in the same Domain as ISA.
    You may have to configure your rules accordingly if ISA is authenticating
    the User (ie. Web Publishing or Protocol Rules). Server Publishing will
    simply pass the requests/responses to the destination without authenticating.
