403/12202 is specific to either:
1 - the requested URL fits into a specific deny rule
2 - the requested URL fails to fit into any allow rule
Exactly how are you trying to access the site:
1 - from an internal client
2 - from an external client
?
Exactly what are you placing in the browser address bar?

Hello All, I have a simple website on a web server located on my internal network that I have published but I am unable to access it from the outside. This is the error I get: Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202) When I monitor the connection attempt in ISA MMC, I see that the connection is denied per the default rule. I have Outlook Web Access working great and this site *should* be a lot easier to setup as it doesn't require any authentication etc. The site is hosted internally on 192.168.0.2. The Rule states to Allow requests from Anywhere to the public name of the site www.xyz.com, to the internal ip of the server, 192.168.0.2. It is forwarding the original host header, the requests appear to come from the original client. The rule applies to HTTP, bridging tab is set to redirect to 80, the rule is applied to all of the user sets. This all seems right to me. The listener is what I am more concerned with. It is setup to listen on the external IP of the ISA box which is directly connected to the internet. On the preferences tab I have "enable http" on port 80, and under authentication I have all of the boxes unchecked. I did this b/c the default integrated didn't work and the website itself has you type in a password at the homepage to access it. I am assuming that unchecking all auth methods makes it anonymous enabled? By the way, I have tested the website internally and it works as expected. What could I be missing? Is this a listener issue? Thanks in advance. -Mr. Bill
