Anywhere works, but specific ip does not

    I have a server publishing rule to allow port 3389 to a
    single server on my internal network. If I have anywhere
    as an allowed group then it works, but if I create a
    computer with my specific ip address or an address range
    it does not allow access. It says Connection denied and
    lists my publishing rule. Any thoughts?
