ISA blocking OWA new mail notifications

I have set up OWA on our internal Exchange server using SSL with ISA 2000
through server publishing. It is working great with the exception of new
email notifications. If you connect on the local network they work fine so I
am assuming it has to do with
allowing UDP to pass but can't seem to get the right configuration to get it
to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
