Q1 - where are you testing from; WAN or LAN?
Q2 - have you examined the ISA WEBEXT..log for those requests?
Q3 - have you examined the OWA site IIS logs?

Then here comes the problem. When I click through a few messages in the Inbox, I get a "Service Unavailable" or "The service is no longer available" message. Sometimes, if I wait for a while, then do a refresh, it would become OK for a few mouse clicks, then I get the same "Service Unavailable" or "The service is no longer available" message. Anyone can help please. Thanks
