ISA 2004 unmanageable

I have an ISA 2004 Enterprise Server (4.0.3439.50) installed on a Windows
Server 2003 SP2 with remote Configuration Storage Server.

CSS got blown away on remote server and is unrecoverable, but ISA is still
functioning correctly. I need to regain management of the ISA Server to add
some rules for new applications but I cannot. The Server does not show up
under Arrays in ISA Admin.

Is there a way to add an existing array to the new CSS? If so, how do I
point the existing ISA Server to the CSS and get its settings into the CSS?
I don't want to lose the existing config on the ISA Server that is
functioning correctly.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
