I've a weird issue with my ISA 2004 SP#, after installing the SP3 it is
behaving strangely, some times it allows everybody access to the internet,
some other times it keeps asking for user name and password. lately it has
to always ask for re authentication to work, although the settings for
authenticating all the requests on the internal network is not set
Thanks
