I'm working on a 2 ISA server proxy setup. I would like to replicate
the CSS to the second server. I know I need to add the second server
name to the Replicate Configuration Storage Servers group in the firewall
policy for the array. However, I cannot add a server all options are
grayed out.

Are you using ISA in workgroup mode? Workgroup mode supports only one CSS!
