non-http protocol use tcp 80 problem

hi, guys,

I got a very stange problem, please help!
We have a server using tcp port 80 as default port but not using the http
protocol. When our client access the server behind isa server 2006, they
can't connect to it. It seems isa server regards any traffic through 80 port
as http traffic. We tried to close all web filter and ftp filter, create a
new protocol using 80 port in isa, not worked. Any idea?
