My ISA Server suck up alot of bandwidth

Hi,
I don't know whether this is a normal behaviour or not?
I have one spare machine (Pentium 4) with 2003 server enterprise. I
installed ISA standard server on that machine.
In my network environment, I have several computer connected by switch. To
access the internet, all these machine have to use my ISA machine as the
gateway.
On report generated by ISA, I can see each machine's internet bandwidth
usage. And this seems right to me.
But, there is one thing I can't understand, My ISA server itself uses alot
of bandwidth. This ISA server shouldn't use any bandwidth. because there is
no program that need internet access installed on that machine.
So could u please explain me why it's like this?
Thanks in advance.
