Problem with Intra Array Communication

Hi all :)

I have set up two ISA 20004 EE and one DC as CSS, all on Virtual PC for
testing purpose.
The two ISA servers got three virtual NICs, one Internal, one External and
one for Intra Array Communication.
The IP addresses in the Arraymember Set are correct, the properties for the
two servers in the Server tab of the Array Configuration are correct.
I added a new network called Intra-Array with the address range of the Intra
Array NICs, defined it as Internal.
I ensured that the checkbox in the system policy for Array Communication is
set and the Arraymembers are listed.

But they can't communicate over this NIC. In the real time protocol I can
see, that the second one is trying to make a RPC-Call, but it is denied due
to the Default Enterprise Rule (code 0x00c4000d FWX_E_POLICY_RULES_DENIED).
AFAIK I don't need any rule for them to communicate, neither setting up a
rule solved it.

What's going wrong here? Something I missed? Even a complete new
installation brought the same error. In the systempolicy I allowed the ping
on the Intra Array network, now I even can ping each other of the NICs, but
no RPC-Calls. ???

Thanks in advance
