FTP cant upload

    I am accessing an ftp server outside my ISA2004 firewall. I can connect just
    fine and download files. However, I am unable to upload anything. If I
    connect to the FTP server from a PC that is not behind my firewall I can
    upload just fine. This leads me to believe that ISA is the problem. Does
    anyone have any advise.
