Need to restart ISA every morning

Dear All,

Every morning my ISA Internal NIC will hang, cannot ping from LAN, need to
disable and enable the internal & External NIC to make it works. Event worst
, I need to restart the ISA server if the method not working.

Can anybody help me on this. Very urgent.
