ISA Server 2000 dual NLB on Windows 2003

Scenario. An Exchange 2003 Front-end / Back-end configuration.
Front-end servers are configured with NLB and back-end clustered with MSCS.
All boxes located in the internal LAN network and working OK.
Now I want to publish front-end servers (SMTP & OWA) to the Internet with an
ISA Server 2000 NLB cluster (for high availability reasons) located in the
DMZ.
I've thought of installing 2 ISA Server 2000 with high availavility,
configuring two NLB interfaces (internal and external). Exchange front-end
will have the internal NLB address as their default gateway, and SMTP/OWA
will be published throught external ISA Server NLB address. All boxes run
Windows 2003.
Is this a supported configuration? Server publishing will work fine having
two NLB (external and internal ISA Server interfaces)? Does bidirectional
affinity work well at this moment or I shouldn't really try to do it?
Any help would be very appreciated.
