The answer is "maybe".
It depends on what the request is; if you:
1 - leave the HTTP Redirector settings as default (redirect to the Web Proxy)
2 - remove the proxy settings from IE
3 - try to browse to any web site
..ISA will send the traffic through the web proxy.

I have another question that I need to ask. Firewall clients who use applications that need access to internet, will their connection be via the 'firewall service' on my isa server? I just want to comfirm this. -- Cat2k1 *Prints with Paw* "Jim Harrison [MSFT]" wrote: > ISA 2000 doesn't filter the internal interface. > All ports that have listening processes will respond there. > > -- > Jim Harrison [ISASE] > Read the help, books and articles! > > This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. > > > "Cat2k1" <Cat2k1@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:32F2F449-99C3-4BD0-BDD0-1D470CC51150@microsoft.com... > No!
