The answer is "maybe".
It depends on what the request is; if you:
1 - leave the HTTP Redirector settings as default (redirect to the Web Proxy)
2 - remove the proxy settings from IE
3 - try to browse to any web site

..ISA will send the traffic through the web proxy.

Ok, I thought it would filter both internal and external.
I have another question that I need to ask. Firewall clients who use applications that need access to internet, will their 
connection be via the 'firewall service' on my isa server? I just want to comfirm this.
