ISA Configuration for leased line

    Now Iam Having a WIN2k AS and ISA server configured to
    enable accessing the internet VIA ISDN Modem And It Works
    Nice.
    But recently I have added a new internet leased line
    (i.e the leased line is fixed to a router's port) so I
    need to know how to configure the ISA to access the web
    VIA the leased Line.

    also I have a user who needs only to access a specific
    web Site ,so I need to limit (specify only some sites to
    be accessed with a specific user and prevent him from
    accessing any other sites not included in a specific list)

    help will be too much required
