There is no such thing as "opening a port".

If you have a running "service" on the LAN (like a web site) then you deal
specifically with that one thing by publishing that "service" to the
External using one of the publishing techniques. It is either going to be a
Reverse Proxying process or it will be a Reverse NAT process depending on
the specifics of the situation. There is no "opening ports".

In ISA 2006, I have publish a web site to the public via HTTP. I would
like to open ports 8080, 443 & 8443 as well.
In the properties, there is no field for me to open ports.
