You need to create an Access Rule to allow it.

To: Localhost
Protocol: SNMP, SNMP Trap
Users: All Users

My name is Durgesh Uniyal and i am using ISA 2004 Ent. on a windows 2003
server Std. machine and i am using this server as a proxy server as well

for distribution of internet to end users. Recently some users reported me
that the internet is very slow and the tranffer rate or download speed is
also very slow, as we know that ISA server 2004 dont have a real time
bandwidth monitorig tools embeded in itself, i need to conisder a third

tool which will fetch data through SNMP from source (ISA 2004 server) in
this
regard i have enabled the SNMP service on ISA 2004 server and configured
it
but when i tried to fetch data from the ISA 2004 through third party
utility
"PRTG Traffic Grapher" didn't get success, so i concluded that some thing
is
blocked by ISA 2004 server as it is also a firewall.

so can you please tell me how to fetch data through SNMP on ISA 2004
server
