ISA 2006 and WSUS

Greetings:
This might be the first of several posts, as I'm trying to work through some
issues related to recent deployment of ISA 2006. First some background:
1) The ISA 2006 box is running on a Celestix MSA hardware device.
2) The Celestix machine is part of the domain.
3) We were previously running ISA Server 2000 on a completely different box
that is no longer connected to the network.
*As a result of the change noted in 3) and the fact that we're now on a
different circuit with our ISP, our internal gateway address has changed
from 10.0.0.2 to 10.0.0.3 and our external IP address has also changed.
I'm finding the jump from ISA 2000 to ISA 2006 to be more of a huge leap.
For the most part, things are running well - all of the external DNS updates
propagated well and we're on the Internet, email through Exchange is running
well, etc.; but, I'm trying to deal with a few issues too.
First issue: My WSUS server is not synchronizing with Microsoft Update
Server. I've added a FW Policy "Allow" rule specific to the WSUS server and
pointed to http://download.windowsupdate.com and
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com but on my ISA 2000 box I was also able to
specify wildcard entries like *.download.microsoft.com What is the format
for wildcard entries in ISA 2006? It looks like everything has to be in the
context of http://...
Second issue: Four of my network printers keep going "offline." I don't
even know where to begin t'shooting this one. I've been "Googling" but so
far have not found anything to point me in any specific direction.
Third issue: OWA is not working. I've followed instructions to publish on
ISA 2006, but so far no joy. We were using SSL-based OWA in context of ISA
2000 and I've successfully exported/imported the SSL cert and on the OWA box
I can pull up OWA (so I know it's still working), but that's it. From any
other machine on the LAN and from the WAN, I can't get to the login screen
(FBA, and the form is customized to reflect our org's look and feel).
Thoughts/suggestion where any/all of these items are concerned would be
greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Lou
.
